At Wood Turned Art we create decorative wooden pieces that showcase the inner beauty and character of each locally sourced species of wood.

We work from our home shop primarily using a lathe to craft unique pieces of art that highlight the grain pattern, character and shapes found in nature.

We have always found wood to be an expressive medium with which to work. Our philosophy has been to showcase the beauty found in nature while allowing our creativity to guide the process.
